The Radeon RX 570 should theoretically be a lot faster than the Radeon HD 6450 (OEM) 1GB overall. (explain)

Radeon RX 570 229376 MB/sec
Radeon HD 6450 (OEM) 1GB 28800 MB/sec
Difference: 200576 (696%)

Texel Rate

The Radeon RX 570 will be a lot (about 2392%) better at AF than the Radeon HD 6450 (OEM) 1GB. (explain)

Radeon RX 570 149504 Mtexels/sec
Radeon HD 6450 (OEM) 1GB 6000 Mtexels/sec
Difference: 143504 (2392%)

Pixel Rate

If using lots of anti-aliasing is important to you, then the Radeon RX 570 is superior to the Radeon HD 6450 (OEM) 1GB, by far. (explain)

Radeon RX 570 37376 Mpixels/sec
Radeon HD 6450 (OEM) 1GB 3000 Mpixels/sec
Difference: 34376 (1146%)

Please note that the above 'benchmarks' are all just theoretical - the results were calculated based on the card's specifications, and real-world performance may (and probably will) vary at least a bit.

Memory Bandwidth: Bandwidth is the maximum amount of data (measured in megabytes per second) that can be moved over the external memory interface in a second. It is calculated by multiplying the bus width by its memory clock speed. In the case of DDR RAM, the result should be multiplied by 2 once again. If DDR5, multiply by 4 instead. The better the bandwidth is, the faster the card will be in general. It especially helps with AA, High Dynamic Range and high resolutions.

Texel Rate: Texel rate is the maximum number of texture map elements (texels) that can be processed per second. This number is worked out by multiplying the total amount of texture units of the card by the core speed of the chip. The higher this number, the better the video card will be at handling texture filtering (anisotropic filtering - AF). It is measured in millions of texels processed per second.

Pixel Rate: Pixel rate is the maximum number of pixels that the graphics chip could possibly write to the local memory per second - measured in millions of pixels per second. The number is worked out by multiplying the amount of ROPs by the the core speed of the card. ROPs (Raster Operations Pipelines - sometimes also referred to as Render Output Units) are responsible for drawing the pixels (image) on the screen. The actual pixel fill rate is also dependant on lots of other factors, especially the memory bandwidth - the lower the bandwidth is, the lower the potential to reach the maximum fill rate.
