Compare any two graphics cards:
Radeon HD 5770 vs Radeon HD 6670 (OEM) 1GB
IntroThe Radeon HD 5770 makes use of a 40 nm design. AMD has clocked the core speed at 850 MHz. The GDDR5 RAM runs at a speed of 1200 MHz on this specific card. It features 800(160x5) SPUs as well as 40 Texture Address Units and 16 Rasterization Operator Units.Compare those specs to the Radeon HD 6670 (OEM) 1GB, which features GPU clock speed of 800 MHz, and 1024 MB of GDDR5 memory running at 1000 MHz through a 128-bit bus. It also features 480 SPUs, 24 Texture Address Units, and 8 ROPs.
Display Graphs
Power Usage and Theoretical BenchmarksPower Consumption (Max TDP)
Memory BandwidthAs far as performance goes, the Radeon HD 5770 should in theory be a bit superior to the Radeon HD 6670 (OEM) 1GB in general. (explain)
Texel RateThe Radeon HD 5770 is much (more or less 77%) better at texture filtering than the Radeon HD 6670 (OEM) 1GB. (explain)
Pixel RateIf using a high resolution is important to you, then the Radeon HD 5770 is the winner, by a large margin. (explain)
Please note that the above 'benchmarks' are all just theoretical - the results were calculated based on the card's specifications, and real-world performance may (and probably will) vary at least a bit. Price Comparison

Memory Bandwidth: Bandwidth is the largest amount of data (measured in megabytes per second) that can be moved over the external memory interface within a second. It is worked out by multiplying the card's interface width by its memory speed. In the case of DDR type memory, it must be multiplied by 2 once again. If DDR5, multiply by 4 instead. The higher the memory bandwidth, the better the card will be in general. It especially helps with AA, High Dynamic Range and high resolutions. Texel Rate: Texel rate is the maximum number of texture map elements (texels) that can be processed in one second. This is calculated by multiplying the total texture units of the card by the core clock speed of the chip. The higher the texel rate, the better the video card will be at handling texture filtering (anisotropic filtering - AF). It is measured in millions of texels in one second. Pixel Rate: Pixel rate is the maximum number of pixels that the graphics card could possibly record to its local memory in one second - measured in millions of pixels per second. The figure is calculated by multiplying the number of Raster Operations Pipelines by the the core speed of the card. ROPs (Raster Operations Pipelines - aka Render Output Units) are responsible for outputting the pixels (image) to the screen. The actual pixel output rate is also dependant on many other factors, most notably the memory bandwidth - the lower the bandwidth is, the lower the potential to get to the maximum fill rate.
