Compare any two graphics cards:
Geforce GTX 760 vs Radeon R9 270
IntroThe Geforce GTX 760 features a GPU core clock speed of 980 MHz, and the 2048 MB of GDDR5 RAM runs at 1502 MHz through a 256-bit bus. It also features 1152 Stream Processors, 96 TAUs, and 32 ROPs.Compare those specs to the Radeon R9 270, which features a core clock frequency of 900 MHz and a GDDR5 memory speed of 1400 MHz. It also features a 256-bit memory bus, and uses a 28 nm design. It is comprised of 1280 SPUs, 80 Texture Address Units, and 32 Raster Operation Units.

Power Usage and Theoretical BenchmarksPower Consumption (Max TDP)
Memory BandwidthAs far as performance goes, the Geforce GTX 760 should theoretically be a bit better than the Radeon R9 270 in general. (explain)
Texel RateThe Geforce GTX 760 should be much (approximately 31%) faster with regards to anisotropic filtering than the Radeon R9 270. (explain)
Pixel RateThe Geforce GTX 760 will be a little bit (about 9%) better at full screen anti-aliasing than the Radeon R9 270, and also capable of handling higher resolutions without slowing down too much. (explain)
Please note that the above 'benchmarks' are all just theoretical - the results were calculated based on the card's specifications, and real-world performance may (and probably will) vary at least a bit. Price Comparison

Memory Bandwidth: Memory bandwidth is the max amount of information (measured in MB per second) that can be transported past the external memory interface within a second. It's worked out by multiplying the bus width by the speed of its memory. In the case of DDR type RAM, it must be multiplied by 2 once again. If it uses DDR5, multiply by ANOTHER 2x. The better the card's memory bandwidth, the better the card will be in general. It especially helps with anti-aliasing, HDR and high resolutions. Texel Rate: Texel rate is the maximum number of texture map elements (texels) that are applied in one second. This number is worked out by multiplying the total texture units by the core speed of the chip. The better this number, the better the video card will be at texture filtering (anisotropic filtering - AF). It is measured in millions of texels per second. Pixel Rate: Pixel rate is the maximum number of pixels the video card could possibly write to the local memory in one second - measured in millions of pixels per second. The figure is calculated by multiplying the number of colour ROPs by the the core speed of the card. ROPs (Raster Operations Pipelines - aka Render Output Units) are responsible for drawing the pixels (image) on the screen. The actual pixel fill rate also depends on many other factors, most notably the memory bandwidth of the card - the lower the bandwidth is, the lower the potential to reach the maximum fill rate.

Guess you're paying for the brand.
nvidia no more. It Dosn't worth the difference of prices.
270 card performs the same and there is no real noticeable differnce on a 24inch 1080p 120 ghz screen-
price i go with r9 and its dx12 compatible
The cards costs the same right now and Nvidia is the better choice.
The same fot u in brazil the cust is like $50,00 difference r9 270 for gtx 760
