The GeForce GTX 780 Ti should theoretically perform a lot faster than the GeForce GTX 660 Ti in general. (explain)

GeForce GTX 780 Ti 336000 MB/sec
GeForce GTX 660 Ti 144000 MB/sec
Difference: 192000 (133%)

Texel Rate

The GeForce GTX 780 Ti is quite a bit (more or less 105%) more effective at texture filtering than the GeForce GTX 660 Ti. (explain)

GeForce GTX 780 Ti 210000 Mtexels/sec
GeForce GTX 660 Ti 102480 Mtexels/sec
Difference: 107520 (105%)

Pixel Rate

The GeForce GTX 780 Ti will be a lot (about 91%) better at full screen anti-aliasing than the GeForce GTX 660 Ti, and also should be capable of handling higher resolutions without losing too much performance. (explain)

GeForce GTX 780 Ti 42000 Mpixels/sec
GeForce GTX 660 Ti 21960 Mpixels/sec
Difference: 20040 (91%)

Please note that the above 'benchmarks' are all just theoretical - the results were calculated based on the card's specifications, and real-world performance may (and probably will) vary at least a bit.

Memory Bandwidth: Memory bandwidth is the maximum amount of data (in units of MB per second) that can be transported past the external memory interface in a second. It's calculated by multiplying the bus width by its memory clock speed. If it uses DDR type RAM, the result should be multiplied by 2 once again. If it uses DDR5, multiply by 4 instead. The better the card's memory bandwidth, the faster the card will be in general. It especially helps with AA, High Dynamic Range and high resolutions.

Texel Rate: Texel rate is the maximum texture map elements (texels) that are applied in one second. This figure is worked out by multiplying the total texture units of the card by the core clock speed of the chip. The better this number, the better the card will be at texture filtering (anisotropic filtering - AF). It is measured in millions of texels processed in one second.

Pixel Rate: Pixel rate is the maximum amount of pixels the video card could possibly record to the local memory in a second - measured in millions of pixels per second. The figure is worked out by multiplying the amount of Raster Operations Pipelines by the the card's clock speed. ROPs (Raster Operations Pipelines - also sometimes called Render Output Units) are responsible for drawing the pixels (image) on the screen. The actual pixel output rate also depends on lots of other factors, especially the memory bandwidth - the lower the bandwidth is, the lower the ability to get to the max fill rate.
