Geforce GTX 760 192256 MB/sec
Radeon HD 7870 153600 MB/sec
Difference: 38656 (25%)

Texel Rate

The Geforce GTX 760 should be a little bit (approximately 18%) faster with regards to anisotropic filtering than the Radeon HD 7870. (explain)

Geforce GTX 760 94080 Mtexels/sec
Radeon HD 7870 80000 Mtexels/sec
Difference: 14080 (18%)

Pixel Rate

The Radeon HD 7870 is just a bit (about 2%) faster with regards to AA than the Geforce GTX 760, and also should be capable of handling higher resolutions better. (explain)

Radeon HD 7870 32000 Mpixels/sec
Geforce GTX 760 31360 Mpixels/sec
Difference: 640 (2%)

Please note that the above 'benchmarks' are all just theoretical - the results were calculated based on the card's specifications, and real-world performance may (and probably will) vary at least a bit.

Memory Bandwidth: Bandwidth is the maximum amount of information (counted in MB per second) that can be moved past the external memory interface in a second. It is calculated by multiplying the interface width by its memory speed. In the case of DDR type RAM, it must be multiplied by 2 again. If it uses DDR5, multiply by 4 instead. The higher the memory bandwidth, the faster the card will be in general. It especially helps with anti-aliasing, HDR and high resolutions.

Texel Rate: Texel rate is the maximum texture map elements (texels) that are processed per second. This figure is worked out by multiplying the total amount of texture units of the card by the core speed of the chip. The higher the texel rate, the better the graphics card will be at handling texture filtering (anisotropic filtering - AF). It is measured in millions of texels processed in one second.

Pixel Rate: Pixel rate is the maximum amount of pixels that the graphics chip can possibly record to the local memory per second - measured in millions of pixels per second. The number is worked out by multiplying the amount of Render Output Units by the clock speed of the card. ROPs (Raster Operations Pipelines - aka Render Output Units) are responsible for filling the screen with pixels (the image). The actual pixel output rate also depends on quite a few other factors, most notably the memory bandwidth - the lower the memory bandwidth is, the lower the ability to reach the maximum fill rate.
