Compare any two graphics cards:
GeForce 9500 GT DDR2 vs Radeon HD 5450
IntroThe GeForce 9500 GT DDR2 comes with a GPU core clock speed of 550 MHz, and the 256 MB of DDR2 memory runs at 500 MHz through a 128-bit bus. It also features 32 SPUs, 16 TAUs, and 8 ROPs.Compare those specs to the Radeon HD 5450, which features a GPU core clock speed of 650 MHz, and 512 MB of DDR3 memory set to run at 800 MHz through a 64-bit bus. It also is comprised of 80(16x5) Stream Processors, 8 TAUs, and 4 Raster Operation Units.

Power Usage and Theoretical BenchmarksPower Consumption (Max TDP)
Memory BandwidthThe GeForce 9500 GT DDR2, in theory, should perform much faster than the Radeon HD 5450 in general. (explain)
Texel RateThe GeForce 9500 GT DDR2 is a lot (more or less 69%) faster with regards to anisotropic filtering than the Radeon HD 5450. (explain)
Pixel RateIf using high levels of AA is important to you, then the GeForce 9500 GT DDR2 is a better choice, by far. (explain)
Please note that the above 'benchmarks' are all just theoretical - the results were calculated based on the card's specifications, and real-world performance may (and probably will) vary at least a bit. Price Comparison

Memory Bandwidth: Bandwidth is the max amount of information (counted in megabytes per second) that can be transferred across the external memory interface in one second. It's worked out by multiplying the card's bus width by its memory speed. If it uses DDR type memory, it must be multiplied by 2 once again. If it uses DDR5, multiply by 4 instead. The better the bandwidth is, the faster the card will be in general. It especially helps with anti-aliasing, HDR and high resolutions. Texel Rate: Texel rate is the maximum amount of texture map elements (texels) that can be processed in one second. This is calculated by multiplying the total number of texture units by the core clock speed of the chip. The higher this number, the better the graphics card will be at texture filtering (anisotropic filtering - AF). It is measured in millions of texels processed in a second. Pixel Rate: Pixel rate is the maximum number of pixels the video card could possibly write to the local memory per second - measured in millions of pixels per second. The number is worked out by multiplying the amount of Raster Operations Pipelines by the the core speed of the card. ROPs (Raster Operations Pipelines - aka Render Output Units) are responsible for filling the screen with pixels (the image). The actual pixel output rate also depends on quite a few other factors, especially the memory bandwidth of the card - the lower the memory bandwidth is, the lower the potential to get to the maximum fill rate.

ATI RADEON BEM MELHOR AGUENTA BELO OVERCLOCK RODEI CALL OF DUTY MW3 TUDO HIGH+EXTRA COM RESOLUÇAO DE 1280X720 30 FPS DE BOA COM OVERCLOCK DE 700 MHZ GPU E MEMORIA 531 MHZ DDR2 !!!!
ofcourse shubh is right. ive tested both of em in my pc.
what i found is 9500 is 70% better than 5450
In a machine with only PCI slots, these two were the top dogs for a long time. The GT520/610 cards that Zotac released in PCI after these two have only managed to knock off the HD5450 for the number two spot. 9500GT is still faster. It might be another generation or two, if ever, before someone releases a PCI card with both more features and more speed than 9500GT.
