Radeon HD 3650 78 Watts
GeForce GTX 560 Ti 170 Watts
Difference: 92 Watts (118%)

Memory Bandwidth

The GeForce GTX 560 Ti should theoretically be a lot faster than the Radeon HD 3650 in general. (explain)

GeForce GTX 560 Ti 128256 MB/sec
Radeon HD 3650 25600 MB/sec
Difference: 102656 (401%)

Texel Rate

The GeForce GTX 560 Ti will be a lot (more or less 807%) more effective at anisotropic filtering than the Radeon HD 3650. (explain)

GeForce GTX 560 Ti 52608 Mtexels/sec
Radeon HD 3650 5800 Mtexels/sec
Difference: 46808 (807%)

Pixel Rate

If running with high levels of AA is important to you, then the GeForce GTX 560 Ti is superior to the Radeon HD 3650, by far. (explain)

GeForce GTX 560 Ti 26304 Mpixels/sec
Radeon HD 3650 2900 Mpixels/sec
Difference: 23404 (807%)

Please note that the above 'benchmarks' are all just theoretical - the results were calculated based on the card's specifications, and real-world performance may (and probably will) vary at least a bit.

Memory Bandwidth: Bandwidth is the largest amount of data (in units of MB per second) that can be transferred over the external memory interface in one second. It's calculated by multiplying the card's interface width by its memory clock speed. If it uses DDR RAM, it should be multiplied by 2 once again. If it uses DDR5, multiply by ANOTHER 2x. The better the memory bandwidth, the faster the card will be in general. It especially helps with AA, HDR and high resolutions.

Texel Rate: Texel rate is the maximum texture map elements (texels) that are applied in one second. This number is worked out by multiplying the total number of texture units of the card by the core clock speed of the chip. The better this number, the better the graphics card will be at texture filtering (anisotropic filtering - AF). It is measured in millions of texels applied per second.

Pixel Rate: Pixel rate is the most pixels the video card can possibly record to its local memory per second - measured in millions of pixels per second. The number is worked out by multiplying the number of Render Output Units by the the core clock speed. ROPs (Raster Operations Pipelines - aka Render Output Units) are responsible for filling the screen with pixels (the image). The actual pixel rate also depends on quite a few other factors, most notably the memory bandwidth - the lower the bandwidth is, the lower the potential to get to the maximum fill rate.
