Radeon HD 3650 256MB 78 Watts
Radeon HD 6750 86 Watts
Difference: 8 Watts (10%)

Memory Bandwidth

In theory, the Radeon HD 6750 should be a lot faster than the Radeon HD 3650 256MB in general. (explain)

Radeon HD 6750 64000 MB/sec
Radeon HD 3650 256MB 25600 MB/sec
Difference: 38400 (150%)

Texel Rate

The Radeon HD 6750 should be much (about 350%) better at anisotropic filtering than the Radeon HD 3650 256MB. (explain)

Radeon HD 6750 26100 Mtexels/sec
Radeon HD 3650 256MB 5800 Mtexels/sec
Difference: 20300 (350%)

Pixel Rate

If using high levels of AA is important to you, then the Radeon HD 6750 is a better choice, by a large margin. (explain)

Radeon HD 6750 11600 Mpixels/sec
Radeon HD 3650 256MB 2900 Mpixels/sec
Difference: 8700 (300%)

Please note that the above 'benchmarks' are all just theoretical - the results were calculated based on the card's specifications, and real-world performance may (and probably will) vary at least a bit.

Memory Bandwidth: Memory bandwidth is the max amount of information (in units of megabytes per second) that can be transported across the external memory interface in one second. It is calculated by multiplying the bus width by its memory speed. If it uses DDR memory, it should be multiplied by 2 again. If DDR5, multiply by ANOTHER 2x. The better the bandwidth is, the better the card will be in general. It especially helps with anti-aliasing, HDR and high resolutions.

Texel Rate: Texel rate is the maximum amount of texture map elements (texels) that are processed per second. This figure is worked out by multiplying the total amount of texture units by the core clock speed of the chip. The better the texel rate, the better the video card will be at texture filtering (anisotropic filtering - AF). It is measured in millions of texels applied in a second.

Pixel Rate: Pixel rate is the most pixels the graphics card could possibly record to the local memory in one second - measured in millions of pixels per second. Pixel rate is worked out by multiplying the amount of Raster Operations Pipelines by the clock speed of the card. ROPs (Raster Operations Pipelines - also called Render Output Units) are responsible for filling the screen with pixels (the image). The actual pixel rate is also dependant on quite a few other factors, especially the memory bandwidth - the lower the memory bandwidth is, the lower the ability to reach the max fill rate.
