GeForce GTX 650 Ti 2GB 110 Watts
Geforce GTX 760 170 Watts
Difference: 60 Watts (55%)

Memory Bandwidth

The Geforce GTX 760 should in theory perform quite a bit faster than the GeForce GTX 650 Ti 2GB overall. (explain)

Geforce GTX 760 192256 MB/sec
GeForce GTX 650 Ti 2GB 86400 MB/sec
Difference: 105856 (123%)

Texel Rate

The Geforce GTX 760 should be much (approximately 58%) faster with regards to AF than the GeForce GTX 650 Ti 2GB. (explain)

Geforce GTX 760 94080 Mtexels/sec
GeForce GTX 650 Ti 2GB 59392 Mtexels/sec
Difference: 34688 (58%)

Pixel Rate

The Geforce GTX 760 is a lot (approximately 111%) more effective at anti-aliasing than the GeForce GTX 650 Ti 2GB, and should be able to handle higher resolutions without slowing down too much. (explain)

Geforce GTX 760 31360 Mpixels/sec
GeForce GTX 650 Ti 2GB 14848 Mpixels/sec
Difference: 16512 (111%)

Please note that the above 'benchmarks' are all just theoretical - the results were calculated based on the card's specifications, and real-world performance may (and probably will) vary at least a bit.

Memory Bandwidth: Bandwidth is the maximum amount of information (counted in megabytes per second) that can be transferred over the external memory interface in one second. It is calculated by multiplying the bus width by the speed of its memory. In the case of DDR memory, it must be multiplied by 2 again. If DDR5, multiply by 4 instead. The higher the card's memory bandwidth, the faster the card will be in general. It especially helps with anti-aliasing, High Dynamic Range and higher screen resolutions.

Texel Rate: Texel rate is the maximum number of texture map elements (texels) that can be applied per second. This is worked out by multiplying the total number of texture units by the core clock speed of the chip. The higher the texel rate, the better the card will be at handling texture filtering (anisotropic filtering - AF). It is measured in millions of texels processed in one second.

Pixel Rate: Pixel rate is the maximum amount of pixels the video card can possibly record to the local memory in one second - measured in millions of pixels per second. The figure is calculated by multiplying the amount of Raster Operations Pipelines by the the core speed of the card. ROPs (Raster Operations Pipelines - also called Render Output Units) are responsible for filling the screen with pixels (the image). The actual pixel fill rate also depends on quite a few other factors, most notably the memory bandwidth - the lower the memory bandwidth is, the lower the potential to get to the max fill rate.
