GeForce RTX 2060 160 Watts
GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 200 Watts
Difference: 40 Watts (25%)

Memory Bandwidth

In theory, the GeForce RTX 2060 should be a small bit faster than the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti overall. (explain)

GeForce RTX 2060 344064 MB/sec
GeForce RTX 3060 Ti (Unknown) MB/sec
Difference: 344064 (-100%)

Texel Rate

The GeForce RTX 3060 Ti will be much (more or less 31%) better at texture filtering than the GeForce RTX 2060. (explain)

GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 214320 Mtexels/sec
GeForce RTX 2060 163800 Mtexels/sec
Difference: 50520 (31%)

Pixel Rate

The GeForce RTX 3060 Ti should be much (more or less 72%) more effective at FSAA than the GeForce RTX 2060, and also will be capable of handling higher screen resolutions without losing too much performance. (explain)

GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 112800 Mpixels/sec
GeForce RTX 2060 65520 Mpixels/sec
Difference: 47280 (72%)

Please note that the above 'benchmarks' are all just theoretical - the results were calculated based on the card's specifications, and real-world performance may (and probably will) vary at least a bit.

Memory Bandwidth: Bandwidth is the maximum amount of information (counted in MB per second) that can be transported over the external memory interface within a second. It's calculated by multiplying the card's interface width by the speed of its memory. In the case of DDR type RAM, it must be multiplied by 2 once again. If it uses DDR5, multiply by 4 instead. The higher the memory bandwidth, the faster the card will be in general. It especially helps with AA, HDR and higher screen resolutions.

Texel Rate: Texel rate is the maximum number of texture map elements (texels) that are applied per second. This is calculated by multiplying the total texture units by the core clock speed of the chip. The higher this number, the better the graphics card will be at texture filtering (anisotropic filtering - AF). It is measured in millions of texels per second.

Pixel Rate: Pixel rate is the maximum number of pixels that the graphics chip can possibly record to the local memory in a second - measured in millions of pixels per second. The number is worked out by multiplying the number of Raster Operations Pipelines by the the core clock speed. ROPs (Raster Operations Pipelines - aka Render Output Units) are responsible for drawing the pixels (image) on the screen. The actual pixel output rate also depends on quite a few other factors, most notably the memory bandwidth - the lower the bandwidth is, the lower the ability to reach the maximum fill rate.
