Radeon HD 7850 130 Watts
Radeon RX 6750 XT 250 Watts
Difference: 120 Watts (92%)

Memory Bandwidth

In theory, the Radeon RX 6750 XT should be much faster than the Radeon HD 7850 in general. (explain)

Radeon RX 6750 XT 442368 MB/sec
Radeon HD 7850 153600 MB/sec
Difference: 288768 (188%)

Texel Rate

The Radeon RX 6750 XT will be a lot (more or less 525%) better at AF than the Radeon HD 7850. (explain)

Radeon RX 6750 XT 344000 Mtexels/sec
Radeon HD 7850 55040 Mtexels/sec
Difference: 288960 (525%)

Pixel Rate

If using a high resolution is important to you, then the Radeon RX 6750 XT is superior to the Radeon HD 7850, and very much so. (explain)

Radeon RX 6750 XT 137600 Mpixels/sec
Radeon HD 7850 27520 Mpixels/sec
Difference: 110080 (400%)

Please note that the above 'benchmarks' are all just theoretical - the results were calculated based on the card's specifications, and real-world performance may (and probably will) vary at least a bit.

Memory Bandwidth: Memory bandwidth is the maximum amount of information (in units of MB per second) that can be transported past the external memory interface within a second. It's calculated by multiplying the interface width by its memory clock speed. If the card has DDR RAM, it should be multiplied by 2 once again. If DDR5, multiply by 4 instead. The better the card's memory bandwidth, the faster the card will be in general. It especially helps with AA, High Dynamic Range and higher screen resolutions.

Texel Rate: Texel rate is the maximum texture map elements (texels) that can be applied in one second. This is calculated by multiplying the total number of texture units of the card by the core clock speed of the chip. The higher the texel rate, the better the graphics card will be at handling texture filtering (anisotropic filtering - AF). It is measured in millions of texels per second.

Pixel Rate: Pixel rate is the maximum number of pixels the graphics card can possibly record to its local memory in a second - measured in millions of pixels per second. Pixel rate is worked out by multiplying the amount of ROPs by the clock speed of the card. ROPs (Raster Operations Pipelines - aka Render Output Units) are responsible for drawing the pixels (image) on the screen. The actual pixel fill rate is also dependant on quite a few other factors, most notably the memory bandwidth - the lower the memory bandwidth is, the lower the ability to get to the maximum fill rate.
