Radeon RX 5600 XT 344064 MB/sec
Radeon R7 250X 2GB 72000 MB/sec
Difference: 272064 (378%)

Texel Rate

The Radeon RX 5600 XT will be quite a bit (approximately 395%) faster with regards to texture filtering than the Radeon R7 250X 2GB. (explain)

Radeon RX 5600 XT 198000 Mtexels/sec
Radeon R7 250X 2GB 40000 Mtexels/sec
Difference: 158000 (395%)

Pixel Rate

If running with a high resolution is important to you, then the Radeon RX 5600 XT is superior to the Radeon R7 250X 2GB, by a large margin. (explain)

Radeon RX 5600 XT 88000 Mpixels/sec
Radeon R7 250X 2GB 16000 Mpixels/sec
Difference: 72000 (450%)

Please note that the above 'benchmarks' are all just theoretical - the results were calculated based on the card's specifications, and real-world performance may (and probably will) vary at least a bit.

Memory Bandwidth: Memory bandwidth is the maximum amount of data (in units of MB per second) that can be transported across the external memory interface in one second. The number is calculated by multiplying the card's bus width by its memory clock speed. If the card has DDR type RAM, it must be multiplied by 2 again. If DDR5, multiply by ANOTHER 2x. The better the bandwidth is, the faster the card will be in general. It especially helps with anti-aliasing, HDR and higher screen resolutions.

Texel Rate: Texel rate is the maximum amount of texture map elements (texels) that are applied in one second. This number is calculated by multiplying the total number of texture units of the card by the core speed of the chip. The better this number, the better the card will be at handling texture filtering (anisotropic filtering - AF). It is measured in millions of texels per second.

Pixel Rate: Pixel rate is the most pixels that the graphics chip can possibly write to its local memory in one second - measured in millions of pixels per second. The figure is calculated by multiplying the amount of Render Output Units by the the core clock speed. ROPs (Raster Operations Pipelines - aka Render Output Units) are responsible for outputting the pixels (image) to the screen. The actual pixel fill rate is also dependant on many other factors, most notably the memory bandwidth of the card - the lower the bandwidth is, the lower the ability to get to the maximum fill rate.
