Radeon RX 590 175 Watts
Difference: 89 Watts (103%)

Memory Bandwidth

As far as performance goes, the Radeon RX 590 should in theory be quite a bit superior to the Radeon HD 6750 1GB overall. (explain)

Radeon RX 590 262144 MB/sec
Radeon HD 6750 1GB 64000 MB/sec
Difference: 198144 (310%)

Texel Rate

The Radeon RX 590 should be much (approximately 710%) more effective at texture filtering than the Radeon HD 6750 1GB. (explain)

Radeon RX 590 211536 Mtexels/sec
Radeon HD 6750 1GB 26100 Mtexels/sec
Difference: 185436 (710%)

Pixel Rate

The Radeon RX 590 is quite a bit (approximately 305%) more effective at AA than the Radeon HD 6750 1GB, and able to handle higher screen resolutions without losing too much performance. (explain)

Radeon RX 590 47008 Mpixels/sec
Radeon HD 6750 1GB 11600 Mpixels/sec
Difference: 35408 (305%)

Please note that the above 'benchmarks' are all just theoretical - the results were calculated based on the card's specifications, and real-world performance may (and probably will) vary at least a bit.

Memory Bandwidth: Memory bandwidth is the max amount of data (in units of megabytes per second) that can be moved over the external memory interface in one second. It is calculated by multiplying the card's bus width by its memory speed. If it uses DDR memory, it must be multiplied by 2 again. If DDR5, multiply by 4 instead. The higher the card's memory bandwidth, the faster the card will be in general. It especially helps with anti-aliasing, HDR and higher screen resolutions.

Texel Rate: Texel rate is the maximum amount of texture map elements (texels) that are applied per second. This is calculated by multiplying the total texture units by the core clock speed of the chip. The better this number, the better the graphics card will be at handling texture filtering (anisotropic filtering - AF). It is measured in millions of texels applied in one second.

Pixel Rate: Pixel rate is the most pixels the video card could possibly write to the local memory in one second - measured in millions of pixels per second. Pixel rate is worked out by multiplying the amount of Raster Operations Pipelines by the the card's clock speed. ROPs (Raster Operations Pipelines - sometimes also referred to as Render Output Units) are responsible for drawing the pixels (image) on the screen. The actual pixel output rate also depends on many other factors, most notably the memory bandwidth of the card - the lower the memory bandwidth is, the lower the ability to get to the max fill rate.
