Theoretically speaking, the Radeon HD 6670 (OEM) should be much faster than the Radeon HD 3650 512MB overall. (explain)

Radeon HD 6670 (OEM) 64000 MB/sec
Radeon HD 3650 512MB 25600 MB/sec
Difference: 38400 (150%)

Texel Rate

The Radeon HD 6670 (OEM) is quite a bit (approximately 231%) faster with regards to AF than the Radeon HD 3650 512MB. (explain)

Radeon HD 6670 (OEM) 19200 Mtexels/sec
Radeon HD 3650 512MB 5800 Mtexels/sec
Difference: 13400 (231%)

Pixel Rate

If running with a high resolution is important to you, then the Radeon HD 6670 (OEM) is a better choice, by far. (explain)

Radeon HD 6670 (OEM) 6400 Mpixels/sec
Radeon HD 3650 512MB 2900 Mpixels/sec
Difference: 3500 (121%)

Please note that the above 'benchmarks' are all just theoretical - the results were calculated based on the card's specifications, and real-world performance may (and probably will) vary at least a bit.

Memory Bandwidth: Bandwidth is the largest amount of data (in units of megabytes per second) that can be transported across the external memory interface within a second. The number is worked out by multiplying the card's interface width by the speed of its memory. In the case of DDR type RAM, it should be multiplied by 2 again. If it uses DDR5, multiply by ANOTHER 2x. The better the card's memory bandwidth, the faster the card will be in general. It especially helps with anti-aliasing, High Dynamic Range and higher screen resolutions.

Texel Rate: Texel rate is the maximum texture map elements (texels) that are processed in one second. This is worked out by multiplying the total number of texture units of the card by the core speed of the chip. The higher this number, the better the graphics card will be at texture filtering (anisotropic filtering - AF). It is measured in millions of texels processed per second.

Pixel Rate: Pixel rate is the most pixels that the graphics card could possibly write to its local memory in one second - measured in millions of pixels per second. The figure is worked out by multiplying the amount of Render Output Units by the the core speed of the card. ROPs (Raster Operations Pipelines - aka Render Output Units) are responsible for outputting the pixels (image) to the screen. The actual pixel output rate also depends on lots of other factors, especially the memory bandwidth - the lower the bandwidth is, the lower the potential to reach the max fill rate.
