Compare any two graphics cards:
GeForce GTX 650 vs GeForce GTX 750
IntroThe GeForce GTX 650 comes with a GPU clock speed of 1058 MHz, and the 1024 MB of GDDR5 memory is set to run at 1250 MHz through a 128-bit bus. It also is made up of 384 SPUs, 32 Texture Address Units, and 16 Raster Operation Units.Compare those specifications to the GeForce GTX 750, which features core speeds of 1020 MHz on the GPU, and 1250 MHz on the 1024 MB of GDDR5 RAM. It features 512 SPUs as well as 32 TAUs and 16 Rasterization Operator Units.

BenchmarksThese are real-world performance benchmarks that were submitted by Hardware Compare users. The scores seen here are the average of all benchmarks submitted for each respective test and hardware.
3DMark Fire Strike Graphics Score
Power Usage and Theoretical BenchmarksPower Consumption (Max TDP)
Memory BandwidthBoth cards have the exact same memory bandwidth, so in theory they should have identical performance. (explain)
Texel RateThe GeForce GTX 650 should be a small bit (approximately 4%) more effective at AF than the GeForce GTX 750. (explain)
Pixel RateIf using a high screen resolution is important to you, then the GeForce GTX 650 is a better choice, though not by far. (explain)
Please note that the above 'benchmarks' are all just theoretical - the results were calculated based on the card's specifications, and real-world performance may (and probably will) vary at least a bit. Price Comparison

Memory Bandwidth: Bandwidth is the max amount of data (counted in MB per second) that can be moved over the external memory interface in one second. It's worked out by multiplying the card's bus width by its memory clock speed. In the case of DDR type RAM, it must be multiplied by 2 again. If DDR5, multiply by ANOTHER 2x. The higher the bandwidth is, the better the card will be in general. It especially helps with anti-aliasing, HDR and higher screen resolutions. Texel Rate: Texel rate is the maximum amount of texture map elements (texels) that can be applied in one second. This figure is calculated by multiplying the total amount of texture units of the card by the core clock speed of the chip. The better the texel rate, the better the video card will be at handling texture filtering (anisotropic filtering - AF). It is measured in millions of texels per second. Pixel Rate: Pixel rate is the maximum amount of pixels that the graphics card can possibly record to its local memory in one second - measured in millions of pixels per second. The figure is worked out by multiplying the amount of Raster Operations Pipelines by the clock speed of the card. ROPs (Raster Operations Pipelines - sometimes also referred to as Render Output Units) are responsible for outputting the pixels (image) to the screen. The actual pixel output rate is also dependant on many other factors, especially the memory bandwidth of the card - the lower the bandwidth is, the lower the ability to reach the max fill rate.
