Memory Bandwidth: Bandwidth is the maximum amount of data (measured in megabytes per second) that can be transported over the external memory interface within a second. It's calculated by multiplying the card's bus width by its memory speed. If it uses DDR type memory, it must be multiplied by 2 again. If DDR5, multiply by ANOTHER 2x. The higher the bandwidth is, the faster the card will be in general. It especially helps with AA, High Dynamic Range and high resolutions.

Texel Rate: Texel rate is the maximum amount of texture map elements (texels) that are processed per second. This is calculated by multiplying the total texture units of the card by the core clock speed of the chip. The higher the texel rate, the better the graphics card will be at handling texture filtering (anisotropic filtering - AF). It is measured in millions of texels applied in one second.

Pixel Rate: Pixel rate is the maximum number of pixels that the graphics card can possibly write to the local memory in a second - measured in millions of pixels per second. The number is worked out by multiplying the amount of ROPs by the the card's clock speed. ROPs (Raster Operations Pipelines - aka Render Output Units) are responsible for filling the screen with pixels (the image). The actual pixel rate also depends on quite a few other factors, most notably the memory bandwidth - the lower the memory bandwidth is, the lower the ability to get to the maximum fill rate.

Both my GTX760's is currently at 1,294mhz core and 1732mhz mem (6928mhz effective). Though my primay 760 will do 1840mhz (Elpida) (7360mhz effective).

770 has more cuda cores. Really the price to performance just isn't there, same with power. Kinda glad I didn't buy the 770.

The 760 vs 770 isn;'t really worth it, but the 770 vs 780, its bigger jump, so it looks a bit more appealing.

Not a big difference you say? almost double the fps on every game with my 770 compared to my 760. People may want to consider the 970s now but I still prefer a 780
