GeForce GTX 560 Ti 170 Watts
Difference: 106 Watts (166%)

Memory Bandwidth

The GeForce GTX 560 Ti should in theory perform quite a bit faster than the GeForce GTX 650 overall. (explain)

GeForce GTX 560 Ti 128256 MB/sec
GeForce GTX 650 80000 MB/sec
Difference: 48256 (60%)

Texel Rate

The GeForce GTX 560 Ti is quite a bit (about 55%) better at AF than the GeForce GTX 650. (explain)

GeForce GTX 560 Ti 52608 Mtexels/sec
GeForce GTX 650 33856 Mtexels/sec
Difference: 18752 (55%)

Pixel Rate

If running with lots of anti-aliasing is important to you, then the GeForce GTX 560 Ti is the winner, by far. (explain)

GeForce GTX 560 Ti 26304 Mpixels/sec
GeForce GTX 650 16928 Mpixels/sec
Difference: 9376 (55%)

Please note that the above 'benchmarks' are all just theoretical - the results were calculated based on the card's specifications, and real-world performance may (and probably will) vary at least a bit.

Memory Bandwidth: Memory bandwidth is the maximum amount of information (measured in megabytes per second) that can be transported past the external memory interface in one second. It is worked out by multiplying the bus width by its memory clock speed. If it uses DDR type RAM, it must be multiplied by 2 once again. If DDR5, multiply by 4 instead. The better the card's memory bandwidth, the faster the card will be in general. It especially helps with AA, HDR and high resolutions.

Texel Rate: Texel rate is the maximum number of texture map elements (texels) that can be processed per second. This is worked out by multiplying the total amount of texture units of the card by the core speed of the chip. The better the texel rate, the better the graphics card will be at handling texture filtering (anisotropic filtering - AF). It is measured in millions of texels in a second.

Pixel Rate: Pixel rate is the maximum amount of pixels that the graphics chip could possibly record to the local memory per second - measured in millions of pixels per second. The number is calculated by multiplying the number of ROPs by the the card's clock speed. ROPs (Raster Operations Pipelines - aka Render Output Units) are responsible for outputting the pixels (image) to the screen. The actual pixel rate also depends on lots of other factors, especially the memory bandwidth - the lower the memory bandwidth is, the lower the potential to reach the maximum fill rate.
