Memory Bandwidth: Bandwidth is the maximum amount of information (counted in megabytes per second) that can be transferred across the external memory interface within a second. It is calculated by multiplying the card's bus width by the speed of its memory. If it uses DDR type memory, it should be multiplied by 2 once again. If DDR5, multiply by 4 instead. The higher the memory bandwidth, the faster the card will be in general. It especially helps with anti-aliasing, HDR and higher screen resolutions. Texel Rate: Texel rate is the maximum amount of texture map elements (texels) that can be applied per second. This number is calculated by multiplying the total texture units of the card by the core speed of the chip. The better the texel rate, the better the video card will be at texture filtering (anisotropic filtering - AF). It is measured in millions of texels applied per second. Pixel Rate: Pixel rate is the maximum amount of pixels that the graphics chip could possibly write to the local memory in a second - measured in millions of pixels per second. The figure is calculated by multiplying the number of Render Output Units by the the core clock speed. ROPs (Raster Operations Pipelines - sometimes also referred to as Render Output Units) are responsible for outputting the pixels (image) to the screen. The actual pixel fill rate is also dependant on many other factors, most notably the memory bandwidth of the card - the lower the memory bandwidth is, the lower the potential to get to the max fill rate.

But given the specifications and price performance ratio, 670 should be a better choice is money is a factor to you. 670 is more than 100 dollar cheaper than 680 and you get a performance drop only 5-6%. Search in the google for their benchmark and you will be amazed at how gtx 680 and gtx 670 go neck to neck. If overclocked, gtx 670 can easily surpass a stock gtx 680. The memory bandwitdh and vedeo ram are the same!

I'm getting a gtx680 for about the same price as a 670 you OC your 670 to my 680 but then i OC my 680 200mhz
I Am defiantly going to go with a GTX 680, even though more expensive, i will buy the super over clock version which is much faster with better cooling.
