Radeon HD 6450 (OEM) 31 Watts
GeForce GTX 465 200 Watts
Difference: 169 Watts (545%)

Memory Bandwidth

Theoretically speaking, the GeForce GTX 465 should be much faster than the Radeon HD 6450 (OEM) overall. (explain)

GeForce GTX 465 102592 MB/sec
Radeon HD 6450 (OEM) 12800 MB/sec
Difference: 89792 (702%)

Texel Rate

The GeForce GTX 465 should be a lot (about 434%) faster with regards to AF than the Radeon HD 6450 (OEM). (explain)

GeForce GTX 465 26708 Mtexels/sec
Radeon HD 6450 (OEM) 5000 Mtexels/sec
Difference: 21708 (434%)

Pixel Rate

The GeForce GTX 465 should be quite a bit (approximately 677%) better at FSAA than the Radeon HD 6450 (OEM), and also will be capable of handling higher resolutions without losing too much performance. (explain)

GeForce GTX 465 19424 Mpixels/sec
Radeon HD 6450 (OEM) 2500 Mpixels/sec
Difference: 16924 (677%)

Please note that the above 'benchmarks' are all just theoretical - the results were calculated based on the card's specifications, and real-world performance may (and probably will) vary at least a bit.

Memory Bandwidth: Bandwidth is the largest amount of information (measured in megabytes per second) that can be moved across the external memory interface in a second. It is worked out by multiplying the card's bus width by the speed of its memory. If it uses DDR type memory, it should be multiplied by 2 once again. If it uses DDR5, multiply by ANOTHER 2x. The better the memory bandwidth, the faster the card will be in general. It especially helps with AA, High Dynamic Range and high resolutions.

Texel Rate: Texel rate is the maximum texture map elements (texels) that are applied per second. This figure is worked out by multiplying the total amount of texture units by the core speed of the chip. The better the texel rate, the better the graphics card will be at handling texture filtering (anisotropic filtering - AF). It is measured in millions of texels in one second.

Pixel Rate: Pixel rate is the most pixels that the graphics chip can possibly record to the local memory in one second - measured in millions of pixels per second. The number is worked out by multiplying the amount of Render Output Units by the clock speed of the card. ROPs (Raster Operations Pipelines - sometimes also referred to as Render Output Units) are responsible for filling the screen with pixels (the image). The actual pixel rate also depends on quite a few other factors, especially the memory bandwidth of the card - the lower the bandwidth is, the lower the potential to reach the max fill rate.
